Akron Novelty return policy for Holiday Shop, Santa Shop and Carnivals

If you place your order on line you must give us the date of your event in the comments box when submitting the order. If merchandise is purchased in our warehouse, you will be asked to fill out an information form.

Merchandise that is packaged and sold in a unit of a display box, bag, drum or card must be purchased by the unit. You are permitted to return up to 20% of your total purchase, except for closeout merchandise which is non-returnable and the merchandise exceptions listed below.

Merchandise that is sold in units, display boxes or packages must be returned in full units, packages or display boxes. If the unit, package or box is not complete then it is not-returnable. Please do not mark on or sticker display boxes or the merchandise. Any merchandise or display boxes that have been written on or stickered is non-returnable.

Merchandise that is sold in display boxes must be returned in display boxes. Merchandise sold by the set, pair or assortment must be returned in the full set, pair or assortment.

Any returns must be shipped back to us within 10 days after the last day of the Holiday Shop, Santa Shop or Carnival. No credit will be issued for shipping charges or handling charges. Credit will be issued for the merchandise in good condition only.

Refund will be issued within 3 days of our receiving the merchandise or when merchandise is returned to our warehouse by a member of your committee.

Please include the following information with returned merchandise if purchased on line.

1. School or organization name
2. Your name
3. Address
4. Phone number
5. Order number
6. List of merchandise to be returned

Shortages & Errors
All claims for shortages and errors must be made within 10 days of invoice date.
